  • Providing your information constitutes express consent for NeuroScience Solutions to process your data strictly for business communications, technical verification, HSA/MOH regulatory compliance checks, and service delivery.
2. Purpose of Processing
  • Service Delivery: Fulfilling neuro-medical equipment orders, technical support requests, and regional distribution
  • Regulatory Compliance: Verifying clinical credentials and submitting mandatory documentation to Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and MOH
  • Direct Communication: Processing commercial inquiries, technical maintenance updates, and service agreements.

  • If data must be transferred outside Singapore for manufacturer technical support or international supply chain logistics, we ensure the receiving party enforces protection standards equivalent to the PDPA.
